垂体腺瘤手术入路选择探讨

目的；更科学更合理地选用垂体瘤切除术式。方法：分别经颅、经蝶垂体腺瘤切除术，比较各入路及优缺点。结果：经颅垂体瘤切除者平均住院日为19d，平均费用为9600元／例，术后并发症多；经口－鼻－蝶入路手术病人平均住院日为14d，费用7000元／例，无并发症。结论：经蝶行垂腺瘤切除术具有适应证广，内分泌紊乱纠正较完全，视力改善理想，并发症少，费用低等优势。

The Approach of the Route Selection of the Pituitary Adenoma Operations

Objective:To properly and scientifically select the route of the pituitary adenoma operations.Method:Comparisons were made in the pituitary adenoma resections via the route of crania and sphenoid.Results:The average days in hospital were 19 for the patients who were operatesd on via the route of the crania.The cost was 9,600 Yuan/case and there were more complications after the operation.The average days were 14 for the patients with the operation via the route of the sphenoid.The xost was 7,000 Yuan/case and no complications after the operation.Conclusion:The results showed that the sphenoid route had the advantages of more indications,relatively complete correction of the endocrinous disorders,bette improvement of the vision,less complications and less expenses.
