多舌飞蓬甙的分离和结构

摘    要:从多舌飞蓬[Erigeron multiradiatus(Wal.)Benth.]全草中分离得到12个化合物,其中5个经理化性质和光谱分析鉴定为:焦袂康酸(I)、东莨菪素(II)、对羟基苯甲酸(II)、香草酸(IV)、γ-吡喃酮-3-氧-[6″-(3′,4′-二羟基桂皮酰)]-β-D-葡萄糖甙(V)。其中II,II,IV为首次从该属植物中获得,V为一新化合物,命名为多舌飞蓬甙(6′-O-cafeylerigeroside)。

Abstract:The plant, Erigeron multiradiatus (Wall.) Benth(Family: Compositae), is a perennial herb distributed abundantly in the mountainous area of the southwestern part in China. It is used in folk medicine for the treatment of common cold, panting cough, rheumatic, enteritis and toothache. In this paper, we report a new glycoside named as 6'-O-caffeylerigeroside isolated from Erigeron Multiradiatus (Family: Compositae) together with four known compounds. The known compounds were identified as pyromeconic acid(I), scopoletin(II), 4-hydroxybenzoic acid(III) and vanillic acid(IV). The structure of 6'-O-caffeylerigeroside was elucidated as gamma-pyrone-3-O-[6"-(3',4'-dihydroxy-cinnamoyl)]-beta-D-glucoside(V) on the basis of chemical evidence and spectral data.
