舒喘灵、酮替芬治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘80例疗效观察

目的:观察舒喘灵和酮替芬对小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效。方法:80例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组两组,治疗组50例接受舒喘灵和酮替芬治疗,对照组30例接受氨茶碱和扑尔敏治疗,观察各组治疗效果。结果:治疗组有效率96.0%,明显高于对照组76.6%,两组疗效相比有显著性差异χ2=5.22,P<0.05;治疗组复发率2.0%明显低于对照组20.0%,两组复发率相比具有显著性差异χ2=5.52,P<0.025。结论:酮替芬和舒喘灵治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效好,副作用少,复发率低,可以作为治疗此病的常规药物。

The clinical observation of albuterol sulphate and ketotifen treating eighty children with cough variant asthma

Objective To observe the efficacy of albuterol sulphate and ketotifen in cough variant asthmatic children. Method 80 cases were randomly divided into two groups: one group(n=50) were received with albuterol sulphate and ketotifen treatment;the other group(n=30) were treated with aminophylline and chlortrimeton as control. Results The effective rate of observed group was 96.0%, much higher than that of control group,ie 76.6%, and a significant difference was found between these two groups(χ2 =5.22,P<0.05).The relapse rate of observed group was 2.0%,significantly lower than that of control group,ie 20.0%, and a obvious difference was found between these two groups(χ2 =5.52,P<0.0025). Conclusion Albuterol sulphate and ketotifen exhibited better efficacy, fewer side effect and lower relapse rate, so can be applied to treating cough variant asthma in children as regular therapeutic drugs.
