银耳碱提多糖抗氧化活性的研究

摘    要:目的:对从银耳孢子发酵物中用碱液提取得到的4个多糖组份的抗氧化活性进行研究.方法:采用清除羟基自由基实验、清除超氧阴离子自由基实验、抗H2O2诱导的红细胞氧化溶血实验考察4个多糖组份的抗氧化活性.结果:在H2O2引起的红细胞溶血试验中,以蒸馏水溶血率为100%,TFFB-A、TFFB-B、TFFB-C、TFFB-D溶血率分别为21.4%、31.2%、28.5%、25.6%;在对超氧阴离子自由基(O2-)的清除作用实验中,TFFB-A、TFFB-B、TFFB-C、TFFB-D最大清除率分别为21.4%、28.4%、36.6%、53.0%;在清除羟基自由基实验中,TFFB-A、TFFB-B、TFFB-C、TFFB-D的EC50分别为233.6mg/L、603mg/L、191mg/L、195mg/L.结论:4个多糖组分均具有一定的清除·OH、O2·-和抑制红细胞溶血的活性.

Abstract:Object: To study antioxidant effect of gradient sodium hydroxide extracting polysaccharides from Tremella fuciformis Berk fermentation products. Methods: The antioxidant reaction of the four polysaccharides was studied by three experiments: inhibiting red cells hemolysis by H_2O_2, eliminating superoxide anion free radical (O_2 . ) and scavenging hydroxyl free radicals(.OH). Results: The inhibiting ratio of TFFB-A,TFFB-B,TFFB-C,TFFB-D for red cells hemolysis are 21.4, 31.2, 28.5 and 25.6% respectively; the eliminating ratio for O_2 . are 21.4%,28.4%,36.6%,53.0% respectively; They can also scaveng hydroxyl free radicals(.OH), the consistence of eliminating 50% of all free radicals(EC_ 50 )are 233.6, 603, 191 and 195mg/L respectively. Conclusion: The all four polysaccharides from Tremella faciformis Berk fermentation products have a certain capability of antioxidation.
