| 摘 要： | 目的:研究排铅茶饮料对铅污染大鼠肾脏损害后血铅、尿α1 MG及尿β2 MG的影响。方法:将60只Wistar大鼠随机分为5组,按文献给大鼠自由饮用三水醋酸铅溶液,造成铅性肾病模型,各组灌渭后检测大鼠血铅、尿α1 MG、尿β2 MG的含量。结果:排铅茶饮料能明显降低大鼠血铅、尿α1 MG、尿β2 MG的含量(P <0 .0 1 )。结论:排铅茶饮料可以有效拮抗铅污染对肾脏的损害,逐渐排除体内的铅,保护肾脏,恢复肾功能
