| 摘 要： | 原发性肾小球疾病的基本病理为缺血变性坏死、炎症及硬化 ,与中医阴虚血热、热毒血瘀病机相对应 ,据此确立治则为滋阴活血以治本 ,凉血解毒治其标 ,以凉血解毒汤为基础方 ,再依病因、症状体征及原发病之异而加减化裁。

| Abstract: | WT5BZ]The basic pathology of primary glomerulopathy is ischemia,inflammation and sclerosis It is correlated with TCM pathogenesis which is heat in blood due to deficiency of yin and noxious heat and blood stasis So,nourishing yin and promoting blood circulation are applied to treat the principal aspect of the disease,removing pathogenic blood heat and toxic substances to treat the secondary aspect of it Liangxue jieduo decoction is be regarded as the basic reciption,which is be modified by the cause,symptom,physical sign and primary disease |
