| 摘 要： | 目的:研究降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)对急性肾衰竭(ARF)的影响,探讨CGRP和内皮素-1(ET-1)在ARF中的变化和作用.方法:采用肌内注射甘油法复制ARF大鼠模型,将大鼠随机分成实验组、治疗组及对照组,动态观察各组动物肾功能指标,并用放射免疫方法检测大鼠不同时相点血浆CGRP、ET-1水平的变化.结果:治疗组大鼠肾功能明显减轻,实验组血浆CGRP水平明显降低(P＜0.05),血浆ET-1水平明显增高(P＜0.01).结论:血浆CGRP、ET-1含量测定可以作为反映肾功能状态和分析ARF病程发展与转归的敏感指标,CGRP对ARF时的肾脏有保护作用.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effects of CGRP on ARF and to discuss the changes and effects of CGRP and ET-1 ARF.Methods:Rat models were duplicated by intravenous injection of glycerol and were divided into 3 groups;the ARF group,the experimental group and the catrol group.The levels of CGRP and ET-1 in serum were measured by radioimmunity and renal function was evaluated.Results:The renal function of the experimental group deteriorated significanlty,while the level of CGRP decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the level of ET-1 increased significantly(P<0.01)in serum in the ARF group.Conclusion:The levels of CGRP and ET-1 in serum can reflect the renal functional stat as and clinical course in ARF.CGRP has a protective function on the ischemic kidney. |
