| 摘 要： | 运用频闪摄影计算机图象分析方法观察分析了９例腰椎间盘突出症的步态运动，并与正常人进行了对比。结果发现，患者整个步态周期延长，患肢站立相延长、摆动相相对缩短。患肢髂膝踝水平与垂直位移范围减小、速度变慢，这些变化可为评定病痛程度与治疗效果提供重要参考。

| Abstract: | bserve and analyze nine cases of the gait movement by the person who suffers from prolapse of lumbar interbertebeal disc,throngh the use of intermittent flash photography and computer graphic analysis, making comprision with that of normal persons.The result demonstrates the Sickman s gait period lasts the abnormal legs support stance lasts,swing phase comparatively shortens the horizontal and vertical moverang of the abnovmal legs hip knee and ankle minimizes, speed slows down.these changes may provide chief reference for the evaluation of pain and curative effect. |
