| 摘 要： | 笔者报道了28例胸腔镜下二尖瓣置换术病人的护理。认为加强术前健康宣教,心理护理;严格呼吸道管理;做好胸管及患侧肢体护理;预防心律失常;提供舒适护理,实施早期康复训练;做好出院指导:可有效减少并发症,缩短住院时间,增加病人的舒适度,提高生活质量。

| Abstract: | In this study, the authors reported their experience in caring 28 pat ients undergoing mitral valve replacement through thoracoscopy. They concluded s uch nursing measures as preoperative health education and mental care, rigorous airway management, care of thoracic catheter and sick side, prevention of cardic arrhythmias, providence of comfortable care and early rehabilitative training an d performance of discharge instructions, all of which contributed a lot to effec tively reducing complications, shortening the period of hospitalization, improvi ng the patient's comfort and raise their quality of life. |
