免疫介导性周围神经病

免疫介导性周围神经病是几十年前认为原因不明、无法治疗的周围神经病,目前已认识到其中一部分与免疫学发病机制有关,据此有一些较为特异的治疗策略被临床采用。本文较为系统地复习了有关文献。免疫介导性周围神经病虽尚未证明其确切的病因和发病机制,但有一些观点具代表性。多数疗效虽尚无很好的循证医学证据,但还应尽可能地按治疗证据的分级(Ⅰ～Ⅳ级)和治疗推荐的强度分等(A～U等)进行。着重介绍急性、慢性炎性脱髓鞘性多神经根神经病、多灶性运动神经病和POEMS综合征的相应资料。
