| 摘 要： | 目的探讨第四脑室区肿瘤的磁共振成像(MR I)诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的39例四脑室肿瘤的MR I表现。结果第四脑室肿瘤以室管膜瘤、髓母细胞瘤、室管膜瘤和星形细胞瘤多见,肿瘤类型与其起源、发病年龄、信号特征关系密切。肿瘤的MR I征象及其起源对于正确诊断非常重要。结论MR I对于第四脑室肿瘤的诊断和鉴别有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate diagnostic value of MRI in detecting the fourth ventricular tumors.Methods MRI featuresof 39 cases of the fourth ventricular tumors confirmed pathologically were retrospectively studied.Results Themost common neoplasms were ependymo-ma and medulloblastoma and astrocytoma in the forth ventrie.Some tumors had specific patient's age.The origin of tumors and MRI features are very important to correct diagnosis of the fourth ventricular tumors.Conclusion MRI have very important differential diagnosis value for the fourthventricular tumors. |
