参芪扶正注射液对小鼠癌性恶病质干预和细胞因子影响的研究

目的 探讨参芪扶正注射液对小鼠癌性恶病质的治疗效果及对细胞因子TNF-α,IL-1,IL-6的影响.方法 将24只BALB/C小鼠随机分为A组（健康对照组）、B组（荷瘤＋生理盐水组）、C组（荷瘤＋参芪扶正注射组）,每组8只.用小鼠结肠癌细胞株CT-26接种雄性BALB/C小鼠构建癌症恶病质实验模型.测定荷瘤前后小鼠血清细胞因子的水平、生化指标的变化及小鼠去瘤体重变化,观察参芪扶正注射液对癌性恶病质进展的影响.结果 成功构建癌性小鼠恶病质模型;参芪扶正注射液治疗后,荷瘤小鼠的去瘤体重、摄食量、生化指标水平较荷瘤＋生理盐水组及对照组小鼠显著提高,血清水平细胞因子水平显著低于荷瘤＋生理盐水组和对照组.结论 参芪扶正注射液可有效延缓小鼠癌性恶病质状态.

Intervention of CanQi Centralizer Injection on Mice Cancer Cachexia and Its Influence on Cytokines

Objective To explore the lherapeutie effect of Shenqifuzheng injection on mice eaneer eachexia and its influence on TNF-α,, IL-1 and IL-6. Methods Twenty-four BALB/C mice were randomly divided into A group（ control group） , B group （ the mice hearing cancer treated with saline） and C group（ the mice bearing cancer treated with Shenqifuzheng injection ）. The intervention of Shenqifuzheng injection on the progress of cancer eachexia was observed. Results The cancer cachexia mouse models were successfully established. After the administration of Shenqifuzheng injection,to tumor weight,food intake and the level of biochemical indicators of the tumor-bearing mice were well than that of the mice in group A and B,and the serum levels of cytokines were significantly lower than the later two groups. Conclusion CanQi centralizer injection can effectively improve mice cancerous eachexia state.
