| 摘 要： | 越来越多的研究表明阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停是冠心病发病的独立危险因素,与冠心病的病死率有关联。肥胖是二者的共有危险因素;生长素释放肽是一种新型的脑肠肽,能影响食欲和能量平衡,导致肥胖;目前还发现其对呼吸节律、肺功能、心血管组织均产生影响。为了进一步了解血浆生长素释放肽水平与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停、冠心病发生发展的病理生理过程,作一相关综述。
