| 摘 要： | 用HPLC法测定盐酸左氧氟沙星胶囊中左氧氟沙星的含量。色谱柱:Shimpack VP-0DS C18;流动相:0.05mol·L-1枸橼酸溶液-乙腈(87:13)用三乙胺调节pH值至4.0;检测波长:293nm。左氧氟沙星线性范围为40.32μg·mL-1~141.12μg·mL-1,r=0.9999,加样回收率为99.0%,RSD为0.89%。该方法简便、易行、重现性好。

| Abstract: | HPLC method for the determination of levofloxacin Hydrochloride capsule contents. Column： Shimpack VP-0DS Cls; mobile phase. 0.05mol o L^-1 citric acid-acetonitrile （87： 13） adjusted with triethylamine to pH, 4. 0; detection wavelength： 293nm. The linear range of levofloxacin 40. 32μg o mL^-1-141.12μg o mL^-1, r=0. 9999, recovery was 99.0%, RSD 0. 8%. The method is simple, easy, and reproducible. |
