| 摘 要： | 目的：研究低强度氦氖激光及联合黄芪注射液对小鼠骨髓造血细胞的影响,为临床扩增造血干细胞提供新的方法和实验依据。方法：黄芪注射液与4.20 J/cm2氦氖激光刺激小鼠后,用流式细胞术检测各组的造血干细胞Sca-1阳性率的表达情况及骨髓造血细胞的周期变化。结果：各实验组小鼠骨髓造血干细胞Sca-1阳性率的表达及骨髓造血细胞周期中S期、G2/M期的细胞比例均明显增高,且激光照射与黄芪注射液联合组结果最显著。结论：低强度氦氖激光能够对小鼠骨髓造血细胞产生刺激增殖作用,且黄芪注射液与其有协同刺激作用。
