| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨超声刀在甲状腺功能亢进外科治疗行开放性双甲状腺次全切除术中应用的价值。方法:回顾性分析本科2003年5月~2011年3月间20例甲状腺功能亢进患者,应用超声刀行开放性双甲状腺次全切除术,术中出血情况和手术时间及术后并发症发生。结果:20例甲状腺功能亢进患者手术均顺利实施,术中无大出血,术后无声音嘶哑、饮水呛咳,无手足抽搐,无术后伤口出血、血肿等任何并发症发生。结论:在甲状腺功能亢进外科治疗行开放性甲状腺次全切除术术中,应用超声刀能简化手术步骤,缩减手术时间,出血及并发症少。
