| 摘 要： | 目的:研究白术总提取物和二个不同部位(100%乙醇和50%乙醇部位)对大鼠调血脂和保肝的作用,并确定白术的有效部位。方法:采用高脂模型-预防性给受试物法,给予大鼠白术3种不同提取流份灌胃4周,测定体重和血清中胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)的含量以及谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)的活性,并观察肝脏病理切片。结果:白术总提取物和100%乙醇部位能显著降低小鼠体重值和TC、TG、动脉硬化指数(AI)水平(P<0.01)。白术总提取物和100%乙醇部位都具有升高高脂血症大鼠血清中HDL-C水平(P<0.05或P<0.01)的作用,但只有100%乙醇部位降低LDL-C(P<0.01)。白术总提取物,100%乙醇和50%乙醇部位都能拮抗ALT、AST活性的升高(P<0.01),并且白术总提物组和100%乙醇部位组高脂血症大鼠的肝系数得到了显著性改善(P<0.05)。结论:白术中亲脂性天然产物(100%乙醇部位)具有较强的降血脂作用,白术总提取物和亲脂性天然产物(100%乙醇部位)都有一定的保肝作用。
