| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨运用腹腔镜联合纤维胆道镜进行胆总管探查的效果方法对2008-01至2010-12,笔者利用腹腔镜联合纤维胆道镜行胆总管探查136例进行回顾性总结.结果 132例成功实施手术,4例中转开腹.取石成功131例.术后没有出血、腹腔感染、胆道损伤,以及死亡等并发症.随访5～32个月,没有结石残留、胆管炎以及胆管狭窄等情形发生.结论 腹腔镜联合纤维胆道镜进行胆总管探查虽技术难度较大,但具微创特点,只要具备丰富的经验,能够娴熟地操作,该法是一种好方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effectiveness of laparoscopy and choledochofiberscopy in exploring the common bile duct. Methods 136 patients received laparoscopy and choledochofiberscopy to explore the common bile duct between January 2008 and December 2010.Results 132 patients were successfully operated on and four turned to laparotomy.All the patients recovered in the end without any complicatoins.Conclusion This method is difficult,but is minimally invasive.It is a good option for experienced and skilled doctors... |
