慢性心房颤动患者Cystatin C的变化及其与左心房内径的相关性

目的 探讨慢性心房颤动（慢性房颤）患者的血清半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C（CysC）水平的变化及其与左心房内径（LAD）的关系.方法 将入院或门诊就诊的慢性房颤患者76例,经超声心动图检测后,分为A组：36例,LAD＜40mm;B组：40例,LAD≥40mm,并选择健康体检者40例为对照组（C组）,观察比较各组的临床特征,所有入选者清晨空腹检测血清CysC水平.结果 与C组比较,A,B两组患者血清CysC水平及LAD均明显升高（P＜0.05,P＜0.01）;B组患者血清CysC水平明显高于A组（P＜0.01）;且房颤患者CysC水平与LAD呈显著正相关（r=0.402,P＜0.01）.结论 慢性房颤患者血清CysC水平及LAD均明显升高,且CysC与LAD存在强相关性,提示CysC可以作为一个评价房颤、估计预后的客观指标.

Relationship between Cystatin C and Diameter of Left Atrium in Persistent Atrial Fibrillation

Objective To detect the level of serum Cystatin C in patients with persistent atrial fibrillation, and to observe its relationship with diameter of left atrium（ LAD）. Methods Seventy-six patients with persistent atrial fibrillation were divided into two groups after echucardiography was examined：group A（n = 36 ,LAD 〈 40mm） and group B（n =40,LAD ≥0mm） ,and 40 healthy people were chosen as normal control（ group C）. The serum level of Cystatin C was measured by radioimmunology assay. Results The level of serum Cystatin C and LAD of patients ,wth persistent atrial fibrillation were higher than that in eontrol group（ P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0.01 ）. The level of serum Cystatin C was different in group A and group B（P 〈 0.01 ）. The level of serum Cystatin C positively related with LAD in patients with persistent atrial fibrillation （ r = 0. 402 ,P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The levels of serum Cystatin C and LAD in persistent atrial fibrillation are increased significantly. Serum Cystatin C is closely eorrelated with LAD. The high level of Cystatin C may be the predictor of atrial fibrillation.
