胶囊内镜的临床应用（附33例分析）

目的：小肠是消化道中最长的一段,由于它的弯曲和游离度大,现有的诊断技术不尽如人意,致小肠疾病很难诊断,而胶囊内镜（M2A）能发现小肠内的微小病变。方法：自2008年11月,我们对结肠镜、胃镜、X线钡餐造影、小肠造影等检查未发现异常的33例小肠疾病患者进行胶囊内镜检查,其中原因不明消化道出血及腹痛28例。结果：33例中发现病灶27例（81.80%）,包括血管发育不良、静脉扩张、息肉样病变、黏膜下肿物、Crohn‘s病、淋巴结增生等,其中11例同时存在两种病灶。结论：胶囊内镜小肠疾病诊断阳性率达81.80%,故胶囊内镜检查对诊断小肠病变具有特殊诊断价值,具有较强的临床实用性。
