| 摘 要： | 子宫内膜异位症是育龄期妇女的常见病，其中卵巢型为常见类型。腹腔镜手术治疗是目前公认最好的治疗卵巢子宵内膜异位症的方法，但有卵巢储备功能下降甚至卵巢功能早衰的危险。本文将对近年来卵巢子宫内膜异位症的腹腔镜手术对卵巢储备功能影响进展做一综述。

| Abstract: | Endometriosis is one of the most common gynecological disease in women of reproductive age, with ovarian endometrioma as one of the most common types. Laparoscopic cystectomy is considered to be the best treatment for ovarian endometrioma, but it has risks of ovarian reserve decline and even premature ovarian failure. This article reviews the recent studies on ovarian reserve after laparoscopic operation in the patient with endometriosis. |
