| 摘 要： | Akt是一类在多种细胞生命活动中发挥重要作用的丝/苏氨酸蛋白激酶。近年的研究发现,心肌Akt激活后不仅可调节糖代谢、促进蛋白质合成,还直接具有抑制心肌凋亡和提高心脏功能的作用。Akt在心肌保护相关的多种信号转导通路中发挥关键作用。

| Abstract: | The serine/threonine protein kinase Akt plays a key role in many cellular processes.Akt activation not only regulates myocardial glucose metabolism and promotes myocardial protein synthesis but also inhibits cardiomyocyte apoptosis and improves cardiomyocyte function.Akt is a critical regulator of cardiac protection. |
