| 摘 要： | 自１９９２年初至１９９３年１０月，应用铜针留置术治疗海绵状血管瘤３１例，经术后３个月至１．５年的随访，有效率达１００％。文中较详细介绍了刺入铜针后全身和局部的反应，血铜、Ｂ超的变化和并发症等，我们认为铜针留置术是治疗海绵状血管瘤的有效方法。

| Abstract: | From the beginning of 1990 to Oct.1993,we have treated 31 patients with cavernous hemangioma using copper needle puncturing.Three months'to one and half years'follow-up showed positive effects in all cases.The paper describes general and local reacteon of the treatment,the changes in blood copper concentration and echocardiography and complications. |
