放射性核素89Sr治疗前列腺癌骨转移疼痛的临床研究

目的:探讨晚期前列腺癌骨转移疼痛治疗的方法,评价放射性核素89Sr的疗效与安全性。方法:对15例未接受过任何放疗的晚期前列腺癌骨转移疼痛患者,经静脉注射放射核素89Sr治疗。结果:疼痛治疗的有效率为86.7%,80%患者的肿瘤标记物PSA水平较治疗前轻度下降,26.6%患者出现造血功能抑制。结论:放射性核素89Sr治疗前列腺癌骨转移疼痛较为安全、有效,可以提高患者生活质量。

A clinical study on Strontium-89 palliative therapy in prostate cancer patients with bone metastases

Objective:Chemotherapy has also been shown to have a palliative benefit in pain control. We aimed to determine the benefits and complications of ~ 89 Sr therapy in patients with bone metastasis of prostate cancer.Methods:We retrospectively studied 15 patients with histologically proven prostate cancer who underwent bone scintigraphy at the time of diagnosis and were followed up at Jiangsu Province Hospital, 89S was injected intravenously.Results:Out of the 15 administered cases, after 3 months treatments,8 cases (57%) were noted having pain control, 3 patients were able to stop analgesia. The median duration of response was 52 days. Mild prostate-specific antigen response was seen in 12 patients tested. There was significant and prolonged bone marrow toxicity in 4 patients ( 26.6 %).Conclusions:~ 89 Sr is an effective palliative and more safe treatment for patients with chemotherapy-refractory prostate cancer.
