| 摘 要： | 不同浓度葡萄糖及高浓度葡萄糖（高糖）加胰岛素孵育人脐静脉内皮细胞（HUVECs）不同时间后，高浓度葡萄糖呈浓度和时间依赖性明显抑制内皮型一氧化氮合酶（eNOS）活性，生理浓度的胰岛素可部分地逆转高糖对eNOS活性及其表达的抑制作用。

| Abstract: | The activity of eNOS was singificantly depressed by a high concentration of glucose in a concentration-and time-dependent manners after incubation of HUVECs with different concentrations of glucose and with high glucose plus insulin for different times. The physiological concentration of insulin can partially reverse the inhibitions of the activity and expression of eNOS induced by high concentration of glucose. |
