| 摘 要： | 胚胎植入前非整倍体筛查是选择染色体数目正常的胚胎用于体外受精/单精子卵胞浆内显微注射周期的移植,目前采用荧光原位杂交方法可以分析5条或9条染色体。本文主要概述胚胎植入前非整倍体筛查在高龄待孕妇女、早期不明原因习惯性流产、反复植入失败者中应用,在这些情况中发生非整倍体的概率较高,正常胚胎鉴定和非整倍体的排除有利于提高体外受精-胚胎移植的胚胎植入率和妊娠率。其外简明介绍其他的新方法在胚胎植入前非整倍体筛查中研究进展。

| Abstract: | Preimplantion genetic screening(PGS)for aneuploidy is now used to iden tify the most chromosomally normal embryo for transfer in an IVF/ICSI cycle,amo ng which about five and nine chromosomes can be analyzed by FISH.This art icle reviews application of PGS in candidate of pregnancy with great age,ha bitual abortion with unclear causes and loser of repeated transplantation,who have high rate of aneoploid.Identification of normal embryo and roling out o f aneuploid is helpful to improve the rate of embryo implantation and preg nancy rate of adosculation-transplanted embryo.Besides that,this article al so reviews research progresses of other new methods used in preimplantation genetic screening for aneuploid. |
