| 摘 要： | 目的:研究抚触对早产儿脑及神经行为发育的影响。方法:选择住院期间病情稳定的早产儿37 例,随机分为抚触组和对照组两组,分别在出生后2d和42d时测量早产儿的头围增长,并进行新生儿神经行为(NBNA)评分。结果:接受抚触的早产儿头围增长明显优于对照组(P<0.05),神经行为测定(NBNA)评分也优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:抚触对早产儿的脑及神经行为发育有明显的促进作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effects of touching on neurologic development of preterm infants.Methods: 37 patients were randomly divided into touching group and control group, head circumference and parameters of Neonatal Behavioral Neurological Assessment (NBNA)were evaluated in 2 days or 42 days after birth. Results: There were statistical differences between two groups in terms of head circumference and parameters of NBNA(P<0.05), Touching group was superior to control group in both neurologic development indexes. Conclusion:Touching can accelerate neurologic development in premature infants. |
