喹那普利对女性高血压患者瘦素水平的影响

目的探讨女性原发性高血压患者左室肥厚与血清瘦素水平的关系及喹那普利对其影响。方法选择女性原发性高血压有左室肥原(LVH)患者38例作为A组,高血压无LVH患者27例作为B组,均给予喹那普利干预24周,在干预前后测定2组患者空腹血清瘦素水平,心脏彩色多普勒测定室间隔厚度并计算左心室质量指数及E/A比值。结果A组血清瘦素水平高于B组(P<0.05),喹那普利可降低A组瘦素水平,瘦素水平与左心室质量指数呈正相关。结论女性高血压患者血清瘦素水平与LVH有关,血清瘦素是促进LVH的重要物质。

Effect of Quinapril on leptin level in female patients with hypertension

Objective It is to explore the relationship between serum leptin level and left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH) in female patients with primary hypertension and to explore the effect of Quinapril effect on the level. Methods 27 female pa-tients with primary hypertension without LVH were randomly selected as none LVH group B. 38 ones with LVH were se-lected as group A. All the patients were given Quinapril intervention for 24 weeks. Before and after the intervention, the serum leptin level was detected at empty stomach situation. Interventricular septal thickness was detected by color Doppler, and the left ventricular mass index and the value of E/A were calculated in both group. Results The serum leptin level in group A was higher than that in group B (P < 0.05). Quinapril could reduce the serum leptin level. There was positive cor-relation between the serum leptin levels and the Left ventricular mass index. Conclusion The serum leptin level is related to LVH in female patients with hypertension. The serum leptin is the important matter to promote LVH.
