E-cadherin和P16基因蛋白在胆囊癌中的表达及临床意义

目的　探讨E 钙粘蛋白 (ED)和P16基因蛋白在胆囊癌中的表达及意义。方法　应用免疫组织化学技术检测 5 8例胆囊腺癌、2 0例胆囊腺瘤和 2 0例慢性胆囊炎组织中ED和P16基因蛋白表达。结果　在胆囊癌中ED和P16表达阳性率分别为 4 4 .8%和 37.9% ,均明显低于胆囊腺瘤和慢性胆囊炎 (P <0 .0 5 )。ED和P16表达与胆囊癌的分化程度、浆膜浸润和转移相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　检测ED和P16基因蛋白表达可作为评估胆囊癌生物学行为和预后的参考指标

Expression of E-cadherin and P16 gene protein in carcinoma of gallbladder and its clinical significance

Objective To explore the expression and significance of E-cadherin (ED) and P16 gene protein in carcinoma of gallbladder.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to investigate the expression of ED and P16 gene protein in 58 cases of carcinoma of gallbladder and 20 cases of adenoma of gallbladder and 20 cases of chronic cholecystitis.Results The positive expression rate of ED and P16 gene protein in carcinoma of gallbladder was 44.8% and 37.9%,respectively,which was significantly lower than that in adenoma of agllbladder and chronic cholecystitis(P<0.05).The expression of ED and P16 gene protein was positively correlated with the differentiated grade,infiltration of serosa and metastasis of carcinoma of gallbladder(P<0.05).Conclusion Expression of ED and P16 could be helpful in predicting the biological behavior and prognosis of carcinoma of gallbladder.
