河南淮滨县疟疾流行现状的基线调查

目的 掌握淮滨县疟疾实际疫情，评估疟疾的流行现状，为该县实施全球基金疟疾控制项目后的效果评价提供基线数据。方法 采取不等比例分层随机抽样方法，逐户调查疟疾发病情况，疟防知识知晓率及发热病人血栓原虫阳性率。采用捕获—再捕获方法(CRM)估计全县疟疾实际发病率和漏报率。结果 全县2002年疟疾疫报发病为57例，发病率0．87/万，血检原虫阳性率0．69％。访问居民4801人，查出疟疾病例109例，发病率为2．27％。CRM估计全县发病率为1．04％，估计漏报率为89．57％。蚊帐使用率55．93％，疟防知识知晓率中小学生为9．36％，居民为14．36％。结论 淮滨县疟疾流行呈局部曝友流行态势，且漏报严重，居民疟防知识有待普及。应尽快采取抗疟措施控制疟疾流行。

Baseline investigation of malaria endemic status in Huaibin County,Henan Province

Objective To understand the recent actual malaria epidemic situation,assess malaria epidemic situation and offer base line data for estimating the effects of global fund program for malaria control in Huaibin County Methods Random stratification sampling with unequal malaria incidence was used according to the provision of global fund program for malaria control Malaria epidemic situation,rate of knowing malaria control knowledge and rate of positive parasite in febrile patients with blood examination were surveyed over family to family Actual malaria incidence and rate of failing report in Huaibin County were ewtimated by Capture recapture method (CRM) Results In 2002,there were 57 malaria cases and malaria incidence was 0 87 per ten thousand in Huaibin County according to the report of malaria epidemic situation;Rate of positive parasite in febrile patients with blood examination was 0 6% 4 801 residents were surveyed,109 cases were found and malaria incidence was 2 27% by investigation Malaria incidence of County estimated by CRM was 1 04% and estimating rate of failing report was 89 57% in Huaibin County Rate of using bed net was 55 93% Rates of knowing malaria control knowledge were 9 36% among pupils and middle school students and 14 36% among residents Conclusion Malaria was prevalents in Huaibin County and the situation of outbreak and prevalence appeared in local areas Failing report was very serious and knowledge of malaria control should be popularized Measures of malaria control should be carried out to control malaria prevalence
