鼻咽癌调强放疗所致眼部损伤分析

摘    要:目的探究鼻咽癌调强放疗所引起的眼部损伤的防治措施,提高患者的生存质量。方法回顾性分析我院自2010年6月至2011年6月收治的45例接受鼻咽癌调强根治性放疗的患者作为研究对象,随机分成A、B两组:A组为实验组,患者24例,在接受放疗的同时,给予复方丹参注射液及维生素B2;B组为对照组,患者21例,单纯接受放疗。根据两组患者的视力差异情况,进行分析对比。结果放疗前两组患者的眼科检查情况差异无显著性。经放疗后,在两组患者的眼科情况检查中,A组患者的黄斑厚度较B组患者高,视网膜微血管瘤阳性较B组患者少,P〈0.05,具有统计学意义。结论在调强放疗治疗鼻咽癌患者期间,为患者每日注射复方丹参注射液并及时补充维生素B2,可减轻患者因放疗引起的眼部损伤,并具有一定的安全性,值得推广。

Abstract:Objective To explore the prevention measures for eye damage caused by intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) for nasopharyngeal cancer and to improve quality of life in patients. Methods 45 pa- tients who had received IMRT during June 2010 to June 2011 in our hospital were used as study objects and ran- domly divided into group A and group B. Group A (study group, 24 patients) received composite salvia miltior- rhiza injection and vitamin B2 in addition to radiation; group B (control group, 21 patients) received radiation therapy alone. The differences in visual acuity were compared and analyzed. Results No obvious differences in ophthalmic testing were found between the two groups before radiation therapy. After radiation, the macula thick- ness was greater and the rate of patients who developed retina mieroaugioma was lower in group A than in group B ( P〈0.05 for both comparisons ). Conclusions Daily injections of composite salvia miltiorrhiza and timely supple- mentation of vitamin B2 during intensity modulated radiation therapy for nasopharyngeal cancer can alleviate eye damage caused by radiation therapy, which is safe and worth popularizing.
