针药结合治疗肝郁气滞型功能性消化不良的临床疗效研究

目的探讨针灸联合四逆散加味治疗肝郁气滞型功能性消化不良（FD）的临床疗效。方法选择肝郁气滞型FD患者60例，按照数字随机分组法分为观察组与对照组各30例，对照组中药辩证治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上配合针灸治疗，治疗结束后观察患者的症状改善情况，评价其临床疗效。结果观察组的总有效率为93．33％，对照组为60．00％，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；观察组的FD临床症状评分明显高于对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论针灸联合四逆散加味治疗对肝郁气滞型FD不仅临床疗效确切，还能够显著改善患者的临床症状，且无毒副作用。

Clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with drugs in the treatment of liver Qi stagnation functional dyspepsia

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the acupuncture combined with Sinisan in the treatment of liver Qi stagnation functional dyspepsia （FD）. Methods 60 patients with hver Qi stagnation FD were chosen, and in accordance with the digital randomized they were divided into observation group and the control group, 30 cases for each group, the control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） dialectical therapy, and the observation group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group, we observed the patients＇ symptoms to improve the situation after the end of treatment, to evaluate its clinical effica- cy. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%, and that of the control group was 60%, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups （P〈0.05）; the FD clinical symptoms score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was significant （P〈O.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Sinisan in the treatment of the liver Qi stagnation FD not only has ac- tual chnical efficacy, but also can significantly improve the patients＇ clinical symptoms, without toxic side effects.
