不同麻醉方式用于老年冠心病患者手术的比较

目的比较硬膜外麻醉联合全麻与全麻对老年冠心病患者手术的影响。方法将我院老年合并冠心病手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组行硬膜外麻醉联合全麻,对照组行全麻,观察麻醉前后血流动力学及心电图的变化,比较两种麻醉方法的差异。结果观察组手术过程中心电图比较平稳,麻醉后各时期的HR、SBP、DBP无明显变化（P〉0．05）。结论硬膜外麻醉联合全麻用于老年合并冠心病手术,安全性好,机体血流动力学和心电图比较平稳,值得在临床上推广。

Comparative study on different anesthesia methods in the elderly patients with coronary heart disease undergoing surgery

Objective To evaluate the influence of epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia and general anesthesia on the elderly patients with coronary heart disease undergoing surgery. Methods The elderly patients with coronary artery disease were randomly divided into two groups： observation group （epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia used） and control group （general anesthesia used only）, to compare the difference of the two anesthesia methods, the change of haemodynamics and ECG were monitored. Results In observation group, the ECG during the operation was stable, with no obviously changes of HR, SBP and DBP occurred after every period of anesthesia. Conclusion Epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia on the elderly patients has a good security, stable haemodynamics and ECG, and worthy in clinical promotion.
