| 摘 要： | 老年疾病医疗后果评价综合数据库是优化疾病的医疗方案和制定健康老龄化相关措施的科学依据。文章基于医学模式与医疗后果评价的投入 产出指标之间的辩证关系 ,分析了老年疾病医疗后果评价综合数据库的数据分类和数据采集方式 ,提出了数据库建立的目标、原则和基本结构 ,并讨论了数据库的共享以及建设该数据库对医学行为和中华传统医学发展的影响。

| Abstract: | Compositive database of medical out-come evaluationfor gerontologyis the scientific foundation for optimizing the medical treatment and establishing the correlative measure for health aging. Dased on the dialecticrelationship betweenthe medical model and the input-output index of the medical out-come evaluation, the papers analysesthe sorts and collecting fashion of the data, puts forward the target, principle and basal structure for thedatabase, and discusses the communion of the database and the influenceto the medical behaviorand Chinese Medicine development. |
