| 摘 要： | 目的：分析DNA免疫吸附治疗重症系统性红斑狼疮的临床疗效。方法：应用DNA免疫吸附柱对9例重型系统性红斑狼疮患者分别治疗3次，观察吸附治疗前、后抗核抗体滴度（ANA）、抗双链DNA抗体滴度（ds—DNA）、补体c血沉（ESR）、血常规、肾功能、肝功能等指标并行统计学分析。结果：免疫吸附治疗后，患者ANA、ds—DNA抗体滴度、ESR、Scr明显减少或降低（P〈0．05）；血常规及其他各项生化指标无明显改变，无肝、肾功能损害（P〉0．05），临床症状有不同程度的缓解。结论：DNA免疫吸附对系统性红斑狼疮治疗安全、有效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine the effects of DNA immunoadsorbent on severe systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods:Nine patients with severe systemic lupus erythematosus were treated with DNA immunosorbent column 3 times respectively,and parameters such as the titer of anti-nuclear antibody(ANA),anti-double-stranded DNA antibody titer(ds-DNA),Complement C3,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),routine test of blood,kidney function and liver function were observed before and after the treatment,the results were analyzed statistically.Results:After treatment,titer of ANA and ds-DNA,ESR,Scr significantly reduced or lowered(P<0.05);routine test of blood and other parameters had no significant change,without impairment of liver and renal function(P>0.05),and clinical symptoms and signs improved by different degrees.Conclusion:Treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus with DNA immunosorbent technology is safe and effective. |
