L-硝基精氨酸对"足三里"穴注射庆大霉素时胃电变化的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨一氧化氮(NO)与庆大霉素穴位注射信息传递的关系。方法:采用银环三电极引导胃电,计算机采集分析胃电,观察用一氧化氮合酶(NOS)抑制剂L-硝基精氨酸(L-NNA)、NO前体L-精氨酸(L-Arg)预处理后,“足三里”穴注射庆大霉素对胃电的影响。结果:庆大霉素“足三里”穴、静脉注射均可明显抑制胃电;L-NNA预处理后,庆大霉素对胃电的抑制作用显著减弱,与庆大霉素“足三里”穴组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);L-Arg预处理后,庆大霉素对胃电有明显的抑制作用,与L-NNA预处理组比较,差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01),但与庆大霉素“足三里”穴组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:庆大霉素穴位注射传递穴位药效的物质基础可能有NO的参与。

Effect of N-Nitro-L-Arginine on Gastric Electricity Induced by Injection of Gentamicin into Zusanli Point in the Rat

Abstract:Purpose To study the relation between nitric oxide (NO) and message transmission of acupoint-injection of gentamicin (GM). Methods The electrical activity of stomach was leaded by silver ring three electrode, and collected and analysed by computer. The effects of injection of GM into Zusanli (ST 36) on gastric activity were investigated after the rats were previously treated with N-nitro-Larginine (L-NNA), an inhibitor of nitric oxide synthase (NOS), and L-arginine (L-Arg),a precuresor of NO, respectively. Results The injection of GM into Zusanli (ST 36) or into vein could inhibit significantly gastric activity; After previous treatment of L-NNA the inhibitory action of GM on gastric activity was reduced significantly with a very significant difference as compared with the group of GM injection into Zusanli point (P<0.01); And after previous treatment of L-arg, GM had obvious inhibitory action on gastric electricity with a very significant difference as compared with the previous L-NNA treatment group (P<0.01), and with no significant difference as compared with the group of GM injection into Zusanli point (P>0.05). Conclusion NO participates possibly in transmission of message for point-injection of gentamicin.
