Abstract: | Methods for obtaining coelomocyte populations from Nereis diversicolor by selective agglutination have been developed. Two main types of granulocytes have been successfully separated and recovered using respectively galactose and fucose specific lectins. 85 to 90% of the separated cells were viable. |
