新生儿桡动脉置管在采集血气标本中的应用

目的比较桡动脉置管与传统方法采集新生儿血气分析标本的优缺点。方法将82例新入院危重新生儿随机分为桡动脉置管采血组与传统方法采血组,每组41例,统计两组一次采血成功率,穿刺部位损伤,操作所需时间,血气结果的准确度。结果新生儿桡动脉置管采血护士一次采血成功率高,损伤小,能很好地保护新生儿血管,所需操作时间短,血气结果的准确度高。结论新生儿桡动脉置管采血优于传统方法采血,值得采用。

Application of Putting Tube in Newborn Radial Artery in Gathering Blood Gas Collection

Objective To investigate the advantages and disadvantages between putting tube in newborn radial artery in gathering blood gas collection and traditional method.Methods 82 newborns with danger diseases on admission were diveded into the putting tube in newborn radial artery for blood collection group and the traditional method for blood samplecollection group and there were 41 cases in each group.The once achievement ratio of gathering blood,injury of stab positions,time of handle and accuracy of blood gas result were analyzed.Results The achievement ratio was high and the injury was litlle in putting tube in newborn radial artery in gathering blood gas collection,which could protect the blood vessels of newborn,short the time of handle and improve the accuracy of blood gas results.Conclusions The putting tube in newborn radial artery in gathering blood gas collection is superior to the traditional method,which is worthy of clinical application.
