天津市南市街1398例妇女病普查情况

目的了解天津市南市街育龄妇女常见病的患病情况,有针对性地提高妇女病的防治工作。方法对2011年1月—2011年11月南市街1 398例已婚育龄妇女进行常规妇科检查、宫颈刮片细胞学检查、盆腔B超检查、手检乳腺检查,分析妇女常见病的检出顺位、不同年龄段好发的妇女病、相关发病因素。结果妇女常见病检出顺位前3位是乳腺增生、子宫肌瘤及宫颈炎。结论乳腺增生在影响妇女健康疾病中占首位。子宫肌瘤及宫颈炎也呈上升趋势,不同年龄段好发不同的妇女病,提示适龄妇女定期做妇女病普查的重要性,以降低妇女病的患病率,保障妇女的健康水平和生存质量。

Screening results of gynecopathy among 1398 women in Nanshi street of Tianjin

Objective]To investigate the prevalence of common gynecopathies among reproductive women in Nanshi street of Tianjin,improve the prevention and control of gynecopathy.Methods]The routine gynecological examinations,cervical smears,B ultrasound examination of pelvic,breast examination by hand were conducted among 1 398 married reproductive women in Nanshi street from January to November 2011.The detection order of common gynecopathies,gynecological diseases in different age groups and related factors were analyzed.Results]The top three common gynecopathies were breast hyperplasia,hysteromyoma and cervicitis.Conclusion]The breast hyperplasia is the most important disease that harms health of women,and the incidence rates of hysteromyoma and cervicitis have shown an increasing trend.Women in different age groups have different gynecopathies.It is suggested that the regular examination of gynecopathy is necessary,so as to reduce the prevalence of gynecopathy,and improve the women’s health and quality of life.
