| 摘 要： | 目的:观察黄连阿胶汤加减辅以耳穴贴敷治疗卒中后失眠症临床疗效。方法:将84例卒中后失眠症患者随机分为两组,治疗组予黄连阿胶汤加减辅以耳穴贴敷治疗,对照组予地西泮片口服。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:黄连阿胶汤加减辅以耳穴贴敷治疗卒中后失眠疗效更加满意。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Huanglian Ejiao decoction plus ear sticking on treating post-stroke insomnia.Methods:84 cases of post-stroke patients with insomnia were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group was given the Huanglian Ejiao decoction plus ear sticking for treatment,and the control group was given diazepam tablet.Results:The treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:The Huanglian Ejiao decoction plus ear sticking have a good efficacy on treating post-stroke insomnia. |
