强化干预对城镇高血压患者疾病知识及遵医行为的影响

目的了解强化干预对高血压患者疾病知识和遵医行为的影响。方法分3次由浅入深地对枣庄城镇居民中343例高血压患者实施强化干预,由医护人员给患者测血压,问答式填写城镇居民健康状况调查表及居民健康档案,让患者填写患者疾病相关知识和遵医行为调查表,一对一地分析讲解高血压相关知识及遵医重要性。结果强化干预前后,两组患者疾病相关知识、遵医行为统计结果差异有统计学意义(P0.01),高血压严重程度差异有统计学意义(P0.05),干预后老年组较中年组高血压患者疾病知识及遵医行为差异有统计学意义(P0.05,P0.01)。结论强化干预能够增加高血压患者疾病相关知识,改善遵医行为,增强自我管理的能力,降低高血压严重程度,提高患者的健康水平及生活质量。

Influence of intensive intervention on hypertension knowledge and compliance behavior among hypertensive patients in cities and towns

[Objective] To know the influence of intensive intervention on hypertension knowledge and compliance behavior among hypertensive patients.[Methods] 343 patients with hypertension in Zaozhuang City were given intensive intervention for three times from the easy to the difficult,and the blood pressure of patients was measured by medial workers.The questionnaire for health status of urban residents and the personal health records were filled by interview.The patients filled in the questionnaire for hypertension knowledge and compliance behavior,and medial workers analyzed and explained the hypertension knowledge and importance of compliance for patients one-to-one.[Results] There were significant differences in hypertension knowledge and compliance behavior between before and after intensive intervention(P<0.01),and the difference in degree of hypertension was significant(P<0.05).After intensive intervention,there was significant difference in hypertension knowledge and compliance behavior between senior group and middle-aged group(P<0.01).[Conclusion] Intensive intervention can increase the hypertension knowledge among hypertensive patients,improve the compliance behavior,strengthen the self-management capability,decrease degree of hypertension,and enhance the health level and life quality of patients.
