我国医务社会工作发展若干问题探讨

本文从医学模式的转变、医疗卫生体制的改革及医疗纠纷的增加三个角度，论述了我国发展医务社会工作的紧迫性，针对其中存在的缺乏广泛的社会认同、缺乏相关的政策法规、缺少专业的医务社会工作者等问题，探讨了相应的对策，提出了参与医院各科室工作，扩展病人辅导小组及互助团体，推进疾病预防工作、社区照顾工作等发展我国医务社会工作的具体切入点。

Initial exploration on the development issues of China's medical social work

From such three perspective as swift of medical pattern,reform of medical care and health system and increase number of medical sues,the author discusses the imperativeness of developing China's medical social work.Meanwhile,the author provides corresponding strategies for solving lack of general social recognition and shortage of relevant policies and laws as well as professional medical social workers.In the last part of the article,it gives the specific points about how to develop China's medical social work,such as participating in hospital's work in various fields,expanding patient guiding and selfhelp groups,building up working systems of predicting and defending diseases,community medical care.
