雾化吸入液中氯化钠浓度对气管插管患者排痰效果的影响

目的探讨三种不同浓度的高渗盐水雾化对肝移植气管插管患者术后排痰量、痰标本的合格率和痰液粘稠度的影响,找出最适宜的高渗盐水雾化浓度,为肝移植患者有效排痰和辅助诊断肺感染提供一条新途径。方法选取肝移植术后气管插管患者120例,随机分为干预组三组各30名和对照组30名。干预组三组分别雾化吸入浓度为3%、5%、7%的高渗盐水6ml,对照组雾化吸入浓度为0.45%的低渗盐水6ml,吸入时间均为20min,记录雾化后四组患者的痰量、痰液粘稠度及痰标本的合格率。结果四组患者痰量、痰液粘稠度及痰标本的合格率差异有显著意义(P0.05)。结论肝移植术后气管插管患者适宜的高渗盐水雾化浓度为5%。
