先天性上睑下垂提上睑肌缩短显微手术临床观察

目的:探讨显微镜下进行提上睑肌缩短治疗中、重度先天性上睑下垂的临床效果。方法:对53例68眼确诊为中、重度先天性上睑下垂的患者,在显微镜下进行提上睑肌缩短术。结果:术后随访观察3mo～1a,68眼上睑下垂中,治愈41眼;基本治愈27眼。总满意率为100%。术后所有患者全部矫正满意,外观良好、无并发症发生。结论:用显微手术进行提上睑肌缩短治疗中、重度先天性上睑下垂成功率高,疗效好。

Clininal observation of microscopic operation shortening levator palpebrae superioris for treatment of moderate and severe congenital ptosis
