摘    要:目的比较新折点下的耐药监测,更好指导临床用药。方法双纸片增效法进行超广谱β-内酰胺酶法(ESBL)筛选及确证试验。K-B法和琼脂稀释法进行直径和肉汤稀释法(MIC)值测定后计算耐药率。结果新规则下总体耐药率升高,其中头孢噻肟耐药率高达67.0%,但与ESBL阳性规则下的耐药率比较,头孢他啶,氨曲南的敏感率显著提高,头孢他啶耐药率55.2%,氨曲南耐药率50.2%。结论多重耐药模式确证以前的规则不可靠,一部分不能使用的头孢他啶、氨曲南敏感率显著性提高,新规则下三代、四代头孢总体耐药率上升,使临床大量求助其他类型药物,给感染控制提出巨大挑战。

Abstract:Objective To compare the drug resistance observation under new broke-point,and in order to guide the clinical use of drugs.Methods We used the couble antimicrobial agents to detect Esbl comfirmatory,and K-B and MIC to test drug resistance.Results The total resistance rates increased,comparing the Esbl positive resistance rate,the sencetive rate of ceftazidime and Aztreonam rose oboviously,and the resistance rate of CAZ was 55.2% and 50.2% for CRO.Conclusion The multidrug resistance mode has proved that the ...
