老年呼吸内科病原菌感染的相关因素分析及干预对策

目的 调查了解老年呼吸内科病房病原菌感染的现状,对感染相关因素进行分析,以制定干预措施.方法 对本院2006年1月至2010年12月老年呼吸内科785例住院病例进行回顾性研究.结果 785例患者检出396株病原菌,感染部位以上呼吸道感染最高,占48.9%;其次是胃肠道感染,占23.2%.感染的危险因素与患者的基础疾病、住院时间长短、大量使用抗生素及侵入性诊疗操作等有相关性.结论 建立完善的医院感染管理制度,严格无菌技术操作,减少不必要的侵入性操作,合理使用抗菌药物,缩短住院时间等是降低老年呼吸内科医院感染发生率的措施.
