| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the curative effect of puerarin in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods：Seventy-seven cases with angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups：the treatment group（n=42）,the control group（n=35）.Both groups were given routine treatment.Additionally,the control group was served with Dansheng20 ml once per day,and the treatment group was served with puerarin 400 mg once per day.Each course was two weeks.Results：The electrocardiogram and the blood stream condition improvement,the treatment group was obviously superior to thecontrol group.Conclusions：The curative effects of puerarin in treatment of angina pectoris are remarkable. |
