三氧加胶原酶盘内注射治疗颈椎间盘突出症的临床观察

目的观察三氧加胶原酶盘内注射治疗颈椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法颈椎间盘突出症患者40例，在C型臂X线机引导下行突出椎间盘穿刺，穿刺成功后注射三氧．10～20ml，浓度为609g／ml，然后注入胶原酶6001200U。术后24h、1周、1个月、3个月随访。结果治疗后24h、1周、1、3个月优良率分别为90．0％（36／40例）、90．0％（36／40例）、92．5％（37／40例）、95％（38／40例），差异无统计学意义。总有效率均不低于95％（38／40例）。结论三氧加胶原酶治疗颈椎间盘突出症是一种操作方便、创伤小，安全有效的治疗方法。

Intra-disc injection of ozone combined with collagenase in the treatment of cervical intervertebral disc herniation

Objective To observe the efficacy of ozone combined with collagenase intra-disc injection for the treatment of cervical intervertebral disc herniation. Methods Forty patients with cervical ~tervertebral disc herniation were punctured into the herniated disc guided by the C-arm X- ray and injected ozone 10-20 ml （60 μg/ml） and collagenase 600-1 200 U. The efficacy was evalua- ted 24 b, 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after the treatment. Result After the treatment 24 h, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months the excellent and good rates were 90.0% （36/40 patients）, 90.0% （36/ 40 patients）, 92.5%（37/40 patients）, 95% （38/40 cases）. The total efficacy rate was more than 95% （38/40 cases） respectively. Conclusion The treatment of cervical intervertebral disc herniation with ozone and collagenase intra-disc injection is a microinvasive, safe and effective treatment meth- od.
