| 摘 要： | 目的：观察经皮加压钢板内固定术（PCCP）与经皮空心钉内固定术对不同类型高龄股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法：收集5例行经皮加压钢板内固定术与8例行空心钉内固定术高龄股骨转子间骨折患者的临床资料．观察两种手术方式的手术持续时间，出血量以及术后卧床时间。使用日本整形外科协会JOA髋关节判定评分标准和Barthel指数评分法对两种手术方式患者进行术前、术后1个月、6个月、12个月评分。结果：统计学分析表明，两种手术方式在手术持续时间以及手术出血量方面无统计学差异，用PCCP治疗的患者卧床时问明显短于空心钉治疗的患者。结论：对有PCCP适应证的高龄股骨转子问骨折患者应尽早行此手术治疗．以减少卧床时间，减少卧床并发症的发生率。
