高血压患者社区护理体会

目的探讨高血压患者的社区护理，对患者自我保健意识和控制血压的作用，与社区医护人员相互学习和借鉴。方法针对本社区68例高血压患者，给予高血压知识指导、饮食保健指导和血压监测等社区护理。结果68例高血压患者，社区护理前后比较，对遵医行为和血压监测比较，差异具有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论高血压患者自我保健意识增强，遵医行为建立。有效控制血压，预防或减少并发症的发生。

Experience of community nursing in patients with hypertension

Objective To discuss the community nursing in patients with hypertension for raising consciousness of self health care and control of blood pressure and to explore the mode for mutual communication of experience in community personnel. Methods The guidance in medical knowledge for hypertension in communities, instruction on diet health care and blood pressure monitoring were carried out in 68 patients with hy- pertension in this community. Results The difference in control of blood pressure and obedience in medical behavior before and after community nursing in 68 patients with hypertension was statistically significant （ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The strengthening of self- health care consciousness and establishment of obedience in medical behavior in patients with hypertension are important in active control of blood pressure and preventing or reducing the occurrence of complications.
